1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create or connect an account, we may collect information needed to identify and operate your VIXX account, such as:

• Your name or display name
• Your email address, where provided
• Your VIXX account identifier
• Identifiers associated with an account you connect to VIXX
• Profile information made available through the connected service

Conversations you select

For example, if you connect Instagram, VIXX may access your Instagram conversations and profile information you make available through that connection.

VIXX processes only conversations that you select or otherwise authorize for use within the app.

Depending on the conversation and feature you use, the information may include:

• Selected text-message snippets
• Images contained in or selected from the conversation
• Conversation timestamps
• The order and context of messages
• Display names, usernames, or other identifiers visible within the selected conversation
• Other conversation information needed to understand the situation and generate relevant advice

Conversation content may contain personal information about both you and the people participating in the conversation.

Information you provide directly

We may collect information you voluntarily provide to VIXX, including:

• Questions and prompts
• Additional context about a dating situation
• Preferences and instructions
• Feedback about generated advice
• Communications with our support team

Generated content

We collect and store results produced through VIXX, including:

• Situational dating advice
• Conversation analysis
• Reply suggestions
• Recommended next moves
• Other AI-generated results associated with your account

Technical and usage information

We may collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve VIXX, including:

• Device and operating-system information
• App version
• Diagnostic and crash information
• Feature interactions and performance information
• Security and abuse-prevention information
• Dates and times when the service is accessed

We do not use conversation content for cross-app advertising or tracking.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information:

• From accounts you choose to connect to VIXX
• From conversations you select or authorize within the app
• From content you enter directly into VIXX
• From your use of VIXX's features
• Automatically from your device where necessary to operate, secure, and diagnose the service

Connecting an external account does not itself authorize third-party AI processing. Before selected conversation information is provided to our AI service provider, VIXX presents an in-app disclosure and asks for your permission.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Import and display conversations you select
• Understand the context of selected conversations
• Provide personalised and real-time dating advice
• Analyse dating situations and conversation dynamics
• Generate reply suggestions and recommended next moves
• Personalise future advice based on your authorised conversation history and previous interactions with VIXX
• Store your conversations and generated results so the service can provide ongoing guidance
• Operate, maintain, and improve VIXX
• Diagnose technical problems
• Protect VIXX and its users from fraud, misuse, and security threats
• Respond to support requests
• Enforce our terms and policies
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your conversation content.

We do not use your conversation content for cross-app advertising or tracking.

We do not share your selected conversations with other VIXX users.

VIXX does not send messages or post content through a connected account unless the user expressly initiates and confirms such an action.

4. AI Processing by Anthropic

VIXX uses Claude, an artificial-intelligence service provided by Anthropic, to analyse selected conversations and generate personalised dating advice, conversation insights, reply suggestions, and recommended next moves.

When you activate VIXX AI, VIXX may transmit the following information directly to Anthropic through the Anthropic API:

• Selected text-message snippets
• Selected images
• Conversation timestamps
• Relevant conversation context
• Prompts, preferences, or additional information you provide
• Other limited information necessary to generate the requested result

VIXX asks for your permission before transmitting this information to Anthropic. If you do not grant permission, VIXX will not transmit your selected conversation information to Anthropic, but VIXX's AI-powered features will not be available.

VIXX currently uses Anthropic's standard commercial API configuration. Under Anthropic's default commercial API practices, API inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic's models unless the commercial customer expressly permits such use or submits content as feedback. Anthropic states that standard API inputs and outputs are ordinarily deleted from its backend within 30 days, subject to limited exceptions and features that require different retention.

Anthropic may retain certain information for longer where necessary to enforce its Usage Policy or meet legal, security, or regulatory obligations. VIXX has not opted in to the use of submitted conversation information for training Anthropic's models.

5. Other Service Providers

We may use service providers to help us operate VIXX, including providers of:

• Cloud hosting and storage
• Databases and infrastructure
• Account authentication
• Security and abuse prevention
• Application monitoring and crash reporting
• Customer support
• AI processing

These providers may process personal information only as needed to perform services for VIXX.

Anthropic, our AI processor, is contractually required under its Commercial Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum to provide protections consistent with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful legal process
• Respond to valid requests from public authorities
• Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Enforce our agreements and policies
• Protect the rights, safety, and property of VIXX, our users, or others
• Facilitate a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards

We do not sell or rent selected conversation content to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

6. Data Retention

Information retained by VIXX

VIXX stores imported conversations and generated results as an ongoing part of providing personalised, real-time dating advice.

This may include:

• Imported text-message snippets
• Imported images
• Conversation timestamps and context
• Information you provide about a dating situation
• Generated analysis, advice, and reply suggestions
• Account and profile information

We generally retain this information while your VIXX account remains active and until you request deletion of your account or associated data.

After receiving and verifying a deletion request, we will delete or anonymise the information associated with your account within a reasonable period, except where limited retention is reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Maintain security
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce our agreements
• Maintain records of completed deletion requests

Information processed by Anthropic

Information transmitted through the standard Anthropic API is subject to Anthropic's commercial API retention practices. Anthropic states that standard API inputs and outputs are automatically deleted from its backend within 30 days of receipt, subject to exceptions for certain features, legal obligations, and Usage Policy enforcement.

Deleting information from VIXX does not necessarily cause information already transmitted to Anthropic to be deleted sooner than Anthropic's applicable retention period.

7. Your Permission and Choices

AI-processing permission

VIXX requests your permission before selected conversation information is transmitted to Anthropic.

You may choose not to activate AI processing. Because AI analysis is necessary for VIXX's core dating-advice functionality, VIXX cannot provide its AI-powered features without that permission.

You may withdraw your permission for future AI processing by:

• Requesting account deletion
• Contacting us using the information below

After permission is withdrawn, VIXX will stop transmitting newly selected conversation information to Anthropic. Previously processed information may remain subject to the retention periods described in this policy.

Connected accounts

You may disconnect a linked account using VIXX or the settings provided by the connected service. Disconnecting an account prevents VIXX from importing new information from that account, but it does not automatically delete information already stored by VIXX.

Access, correction, and deletion

Depending on where you live, you can reach out to us to access, correct, or delete your information, withdraw your consent, ask us to limit certain processing, or request a copy of your data. You may also be able to file a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your VIXX account and associated information by emailing us at w@lvbrd.xyz.

Deleting the VIXX app from your device does not by itself delete your account or the information stored by VIXX.

After a verified account-deletion request, VIXX will delete or anonymise imported conversations, generated results, account information, and other personal information associated with the account, except for information we must retain for the limited purposes described in Section 6.

Information already transmitted to Anthropic remains subject to Anthropic's applicable API-retention period and exceptions.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure.

These measures may include:

• Encryption during transmission
• Access controls
• Restricted access to production systems
• Authentication and authorisation safeguards
• System monitoring and security logging
• Procedures for responding to security incidents

No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Information About Other People

Selected conversations may contain personal information belonging to another participant.

You should select or authorize conversation content only where you are permitted to provide that content to VIXX for the purpose described in this policy. You are responsible for using VIXX in accordance with applicable laws and respecting the privacy and rights of others.

VIXX processes this information only to provide the features requested by the account holder and for the other limited purposes described in this policy.

11. Children

VIXX is intended for people aged 18 or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided information to VIXX may contact us using the details below.

12. International Data Processing

VIXX and its service providers may process personal information in countries other than the country where you live.

Anthropic states that commercial customer data may be processed through cloud providers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia, and may be stored in the United States unless otherwise agreed.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when VIXX changes, when we introduce new features, or when legal and regulatory requirements change.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice through VIXX, our website, or another appropriate channel.

Where required, we will request new permission before materially changing how selected conversation information is shared with or processed by a third-party AI provider.
