Terms of Use

1. What VIXX does

VIXX connects to your own Instagram account and helps you read and write replies in your own direct messages, including AI-generated draft suggestions. Content shown in the App originates from your Instagram conversations and from AI models. VIXX does not host a public feed or connect you with other VIXX users.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, the term more protective of you applies.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

VIXX has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree that you will not use the App to create, send, request, store, or promote content that is:

• unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory;
• sexually explicit involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a minor;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that promotes sexual exploitation or trafficking;
• violent, or that incites or promotes self-harm or harm to others;
• defamatory, deceptive, or intended to scam, phish, or defraud;
• spam, or content that impersonates another person or entity;
• otherwise objectionable as determined by us in our reasonable discretion.

You are solely responsible for the content you send. Users who engage in objectionable content or abusive behavior may have their content removed and their access to the App suspended or permanently terminated.

4. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

The App gives you tools to keep your experience safe:

• Report. You can report any message or AI-generated content you find objectionable from within a conversation. Reports are sent to our moderation team.
• Block. You can block a contact. Blocking immediately removes that conversation from your view and notifies us so we can review the interaction.

We act on reports of objectionable content and abusive users within 24 hours by removing the offending content and, where warranted, suspending or ejecting the responsible user. We may also use automated filtering to detect and block objectionable content.

5. Your Instagram account and third-party services

You authorize VIXX to access your Instagram messages on your behalf to provide the service. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's own terms. VIXX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. You are responsible for complying with any third-party terms that apply to your accounts.

6. AI-generated content

The App produces AI-generated draft replies. These are suggestions only; you decide what to send. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate, and you are responsible for reviewing any content before sending it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms — including any objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may stop using the App and disconnect your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIXX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Where required, we will ask you to re-accept.
